NEW YORK(Wednesday, June 6, 2012) – Media planning to cover the 2012 Herbalife World Football Challengemay apply now for press credentials online by clicking HERE.
 
The deadline for the media credential applications is Tuesday, July 10 at 5 p.m. ET. No credential applications will be accepted after the deadline.
 
Media members who possess a 2012 Major League Soccer team media credential from a participating MLS club (this only applies to Seattle Sounders FC, Toronto FC, D.C. United and LA Galaxy season credentialed media) will automatically be granted a 2012 Herbalife World Football Challenge credential for the game featuring the MLS team.
 
Please note the following when applying for credentials:
  • Credentials per organization per game will be limited.
  • Field access is available for photographers and videographers only (maximum of one per outlet).
  • No radio stations or TV talent will receive field access.
  • Live shot requests must be submitted 72 hours prior to the game to the appropriate venue.
  • Photo agencies must be working on assignment from a specific news outlet.
  • All approved media will have access to the post-match media work areas (news conference and mixed zones).
  • Media who are approved for credentials should not wear apparel supporting any of the competing teams.
